Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using RemoveWildlifeNow.com. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and RemoveWildlifeNow.com ("we," "us," or "our"). They govern your access to and use of the website located at RemoveWildlifeNow.com (the "Site"), including all content, features, and functionality available through the Site.
By visiting, browsing, or using the Site in any way — including submitting a service request, clicking to contact a listed contractor, or submitting a business listing — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference.
If you are using the Site on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. About RemoveWildlifeNow.com
RemoveWildlifeNow.com is an online directory and lead-generation platform. We connect homeowners and property owners throughout the United States with independent, third-party wildlife removal contractors operating in their area.
We are not a wildlife removal company. We do not employ wildlife removal technicians, perform any wildlife removal or pest control services, dispatch contractors, or manage any field operations. We do not hold any wildlife removal, pest control, or contractor license on behalf of the Site or its parent organization.
Any wildlife removal service you receive is performed solely by the independent contractor you choose to contact. Your service agreement is exclusively between you and that contractor. RemoveWildlifeNow.com is not a party to any service contract, transaction, or agreement between you and a listed contractor.
3. Use of the Site
3.1 Permitted Use
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. Permitted uses include browsing the contractor directory, submitting a service inquiry, and contacting listed contractors for wildlife removal needs related to your residential or commercial property.
3.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation;
- Reproduce, copy, or systematically extract data, listings, or content from the Site by automated means (including bots, spiders, scrapers, or similar tools) without our prior written permission;
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent inquiries or business listing applications;
- Submit spam, unsolicited communications, or bulk submissions through any Site form;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s infrastructure, security, or the experience of other users;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its related systems;
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
- Use the Site to harvest contact information of listed contractors for purposes unrelated to legitimate service inquiries.
3.3 Age Requirement
The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. By using the Site, you represent that you are 18 or older.
4. Contractor Listings — Disclaimer
4.1 Directory Information May Not Be Current
The contractor listings displayed on the Site — including business names, phone numbers, service areas, and other details — are compiled from publicly available sources and/or submitted directly by contractors. We make reasonable efforts to maintain the accuracy of this information, but we cannot guarantee that all listing information is complete, current, or error-free at any given time.
Contractor availability, service areas, and contact information may change without notice. Always confirm details directly with the contractor before engaging their services.
4.2 No Verification of Licensing or Insurance
We do not independently verify, and make no representation or warranty regarding, any listed contractor’s:
- License status or licensing in any particular state or jurisdiction;
- Insurance coverage, including general liability or workers’ compensation;
- Certifications, training, or professional qualifications;
- Compliance with any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation;
- Background check status of their employees or technicians.
It is your responsibility to independently verify a contractor’s licensing and insurance status before hiring them. You may contact your state’s wildlife or pest control regulatory authority to confirm that a contractor holds a valid license in your state.
4.3 No Endorsement
The appearance of a contractor in our directory does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or referral by RemoveWildlifeNow.com. We do not screen contractors for quality of work, customer satisfaction, or past complaints. Any reviews, ratings, or other qualitative information that may appear on the Site are provided for informational purposes only and are not independently verified by us.
4.4 User Assumes Risk
Your decision to contact or hire any listed contractor is made at your own risk. Any service agreement, payment, dispute, or claim arising from the services provided by a contractor is solely between you and that contractor. RemoveWildlifeNow.com has no obligation to mediate, arbitrate, or otherwise resolve disputes between you and a contractor.
5. Call Routing and Lead Submission
5.1 Call Routing
Phone numbers displayed on the Site for listed contractors may be tracking numbers managed by RemoveWildlifeNow.com or a third-party lead management provider. When you call one of these numbers, your call may be:
- Routed through a third-party call tracking or lead portal platform;
- Recorded for quality assurance, business analytics, or lead verification purposes;
- Tracked to associate the call with a specific marketing source or geographic area.
By placing a call to a number displayed on the Site, you consent to such routing, tracking, and recording to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not consent to being recorded, please inform the party you are speaking with at the start of the call.
5.2 Lead Submission Forms
If you submit a service request or contact form on the Site, your information (such as your name, phone number, email address, and service description) may be shared with one or more listed contractors in your area, and/or with a third-party lead distribution partner. By submitting such a form, you consent to this sharing and to being contacted by contractors or their representatives regarding your inquiry.
Submitting a form does not guarantee that a contractor will contact you or that service will be available in your area.
6. List Your Business — Contractor Terms
If you are a wildlife removal contractor and submit your business for inclusion in the RemoveWildlifeNow.com directory, the following additional terms apply to you.
6.1 Submission and Display
By submitting a listing application, you grant RemoveWildlifeNow.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display your business name, phone number, service areas, website URL, and any other information you provide publicly on the Site and in related marketing materials for the purpose of connecting you with potential customers.
6.2 Accuracy of Your Information
You represent and warrant that all information you provide in connection with your listing is accurate, complete, and not misleading, and that you will promptly notify us of any material changes to your business information.
6.3 Licensing and Insurance Representation
By submitting a listing, you represent and warrant that:
- You hold all licenses, permits, and certifications required by applicable federal, state, and local law to perform wildlife removal services in the jurisdictions you claim to serve;
- You maintain adequate general liability insurance and any other insurance required by law in your operating jurisdiction(s);
- You will maintain these requirements for the duration of your listing on the Site;
- You will promptly remove or update your listing if your licensing or insurance status changes.
6.4 Removal of Listings
RemoveWildlifeNow.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to decline to list, suspend, modify, or permanently remove any contractor listing at any time, for any reason or no reason, including but not limited to:
- Receipt of consumer complaints or reports of fraudulent, unsafe, or unlicensed activity;
- Discovery that listing information is inaccurate or misleading;
- Violation of these Terms;
- Business decisions regarding directory scope or geographic coverage.
We are not obligated to provide advance notice of listing removal, though we will endeavor to do so when practical.
6.5 No Guarantee of Leads or Traffic
Inclusion in the directory does not guarantee that you will receive any leads, calls, or service inquiries. We make no representation regarding the volume or quality of referrals any listed contractor may receive.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Content
All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, page design, and the compilation of directory data — is the property of RemoveWildlifeNow.com or its content suppliers and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Site without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by these Terms.
7.2 Limited Personal Use License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use — specifically, to find and contact wildlife removal contractors for your own property needs. This license does not include any right to resell or commercially exploit Site content or data.
7.3 Trademarks
RemoveWildlifeNow.com and related names, logos, and marks are trademarks of RemoveWildlifeNow.com. Other trademarks appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to use any trademark displayed on the Site.
7.4 User-Submitted Content
If you submit content to the Site (such as a business listing application or other information), you represent that you own or have the right to submit that content, and you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with operating and promoting the Site.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, LISTINGS, AND INFORMATION AVAILABLE THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RemoveWildlifeNow.com expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement;
- Any warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components;
- Any warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any listing, directory data, or other content on the Site;
- Any warranty regarding the licensing, insurance, qualifications, workmanship, or conduct of any listed contractor;
- Any warranty that a contractor shown in the directory is currently available, accepting new clients, or operating in your area.
Your use of the Site and any contractor you contact through it is entirely at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL REMOVEWILDLIFENOW.COM, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities;
- Personal injury or property damage of any nature;
- Damages arising from your reliance on information contained in the directory;
- Damages arising from the services (or failure to provide services) of any listed contractor;
- Damages arising from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions;
- Any other damages arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site.
These limitations apply regardless of whether such damages are based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In all cases, our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RemoveWildlifeNow.com and its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the Site or any contractor found through the Site;
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Any content you submit to the Site, including a business listing application;
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- Any misrepresentation you make in connection with a listing submission (including misrepresentation of your licensing or insurance status);
- Any dispute between you and a contractor, including claims by third parties arising from services performed by a contractor you contacted through the Site.
We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. You agree to cooperate with our defense of any such claim. You will not settle any such matter without our prior written consent.
11. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources, including contractor websites and third-party lead management platforms. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content, privacy practices, or policies of third-party sites and accept no responsibility for them.
Accessing any third-party website or service linked from the Site is done at your own risk and is governed by that third party’s own terms and privacy policy. The inclusion of any link on our Site does not imply our endorsement or affiliation with the linked site or service.
Our use of third-party call tracking and lead distribution platforms is subject to those providers’ own terms of service. We are not responsible for the data practices of those providers beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1 Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to them (including their formation, performance, or breach) will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 Informal Resolution First
Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to first contact us at the address listed in Section 14 to describe your concern and give us a reasonable opportunity — at least thirty (30) days — to resolve it informally. Many concerns can be resolved quickly this way, and we encourage you to reach out before escalating.
12.3 Binding Arbitration
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and RemoveWildlifeNow.com agree to resolve it through final and binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except as provided below.
Arbitration will be conducted by a recognized arbitration provider (such as the American Arbitration Association or JAMS) under their applicable consumer arbitration rules. The arbitration will take place in Georgia, or at a mutually agreed location. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
12.4 Class Action Waiver
YOU AND REMOVEWILDLIFENOW.COM EACH AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS PART OF A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. If a court or arbitrator finds that this class action waiver is unenforceable as to any claim, then the arbitration agreement will not apply to that claim, which must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Georgia.
12.5 Exceptions
Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm. Claims that can be brought in small claims court, if they qualify, may also be pursued there.
12.6 Jury Trial Waiver
To the extent any dispute proceeds in court rather than arbitration, both you and RemoveWildlifeNow.com waive the right to a jury trial. Any such proceeding will be conducted in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, legal requirements, or site features. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We may also, at our discretion, notify you of significant changes through a notice on the Site or by other means.
Your continued use of the Site after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Site.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically so that you remain informed of any changes.
